대통령기록디지털아카이브 플랫폼 연구 = A Study on the Presidential Digital Archive Platform

This study raises the need to establish a ‘Presidential Digital Archive Platform’ that actively shares and opens related information and data by linking and integrating the presidential knowledge infrastructure. The Presidential Digital Archive Platform can promote the quality and value of presidential records as a “Governance Platform” where “Presidential Archives”, “Presidential Archives-related Institutions” and “users” can interact through presidential records. And it will provide an opportunity to create a new paradigm.
For this purpose, ‘Presidential archives portal analysis’ and ‘Presidential Archives-related Institutions analysis’ will be conducted to identify improvements and requirements when establishing the Presidential Digital Archive Platform. In addition to deriving implications through ‘Digital Archive Platform case analysis’ at home and abroad, measures to strengthen presidential archival reference services were discussed. Finally, based on the results, a step-by-step implementation strategy for platform construction was presented.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대통령 지식 인프라를 연계하고 통합하여 관련 정보와데이터를 적극적으로 공유 및 개방하는 ‘대통령디지털아카이브 플랫폼’ 구축의 필요성을 제기한다. 대통령디지털아카이브 플랫폼은 대통령기록을 매개로 ‘대통령기록관’, ‘대통령 관련 기록 소장기관’ 그리고 ‘이용자’가 상호작용할 수 있는 ‘거버넌스 플랫폼’으로 대통령기록의 특성과가치를 널리 알리고, 새로운 패러다임을 창출할 수 있는 계기를 마련할 수 있을 것이다.
이를 위해 ‘대통령기록포털 분석’과 ‘대통령 관련 기록 소장기관 분석’을 진행하여 대통령디지털아카이브 플랫폼 구축 시 개선점과 요구사항을 파악하고, 국내외 ‘디지털아카이브 플랫폼 사례분석’을 통해 시사점을 도출하여 대통령기록서비스 강화를 위한 방안을 논하였다. 마지막으로 그 결과를 바탕으로 플랫폼 구축을 위한 단계별 실행전략을제시하였다.
