인문,사회과학편 : 도가사상이 중국 전통체육 양생학에 미친 영향 = Effects of Tao ideology on the traditional Chinese health care & recuperation theory of physical education

국문 초록 (Abstract)

동양에서 신체와 정신을 단련하여 인간의 생명과 건강을 지키는 기술은 양생사상에 의하여 체계적으로 정립되었기 때문에 체육학의 주된 연구대상이 된다. 도가사상은 중국 전통 양생학의 주요한 가르침으로 양생학의 기초를 다졌다. 이에 도가사상 속에 나타난 양생사상의 구체적인 내용을 통하여 양생학의 의미를 밝히고자 한다. 또한 도가사상이 중국 전통체육학의 양생학에 미친 영향과 그 속에 담겨져 있는 체육학적인 의미를 규명하고자 한다. 이러한 목적을 위해 도가사상이 중국 전통체육 양생학에 미친 영향에 대하여 여섯 방면으로 탐구하여 얻은 결론으로 양생의 개념의 정립, 양생학을 위한 사유방식의 제공, 精·氣·神 기본 개념의 제공, 양생술을 통한 양생관념의 제공, 자연을 숭상하고 자연의 호흡에 순응하는 양생법의 창조, 철학에서 기술한 양생의 의의와 원칙 등이 제공되었음을 알 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The ideology of Tao has been the backbone of the health and recuperation related ideology based on the major instructions of traditional Chinese ideology dedicated to the health care or recuperation. This paper tries to shed light on the meaning of the ideology dedicated to the health care and recuperation by looking at the specific details of health and recuperation related ideology revealed in the Tao ideology. Moreover, it tries to consider the effect that the Tao ideology had on the traditional Chinese health and recuperation related ideology and its meaning from the perspective of physical education. The multi-faceted analysis of the effect that Tao ideology had on the traditional Chinese health care and recuperation ideology indicates the followings: It provided the basic conceptualization of soul, energy and spirit(精. 氣. 神). It provided the concept of health care and recuperation based on the technique of health care and recuperation. It crafted the way to respect the nature and spontaneously respond to or accept the nature’s breathing way. It provided the meaning and principle of health care and recuperation described or put forth by relevant philosophies. In addition, this paper examined the effect of Tao ideology on the health care and recuperation related ideology from the perspective of modern physical training.
