As the first sample, nickel ferrite film was prepared by arc-plasma torch consisted of jetting flame containing 90 oxygen or more.
And as the second sample, single crystal of nickel ferrite was grown from Bridgeman method under oxygen pressure of 5 atm. and flux method in air.
These ferrites were submitted to the measurement of the density, saturation magnetization, magnetic resonance line width (ΔH) at X-band and crystal orientation as well as the observation of the microstructure.
