복합건축 동선계획에 영향을 주는 물리적 요소에 관한 연구 = 건축 실무자 중요도 조사를 토대로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The objective of the study is to analyse the importance weight of circulation plan elements in mixed-use buildings by surveying practicing professionals. The study also includes the investigation of priorities in the circulation plan elements for development. To analyse the survey, the Frequency analysis was performed by using PASW Statistics 18 and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) by using Expert Choice programme. From our preliminary research, we have derived the physical elements which have a powerful effect on the circulation plan and it consists of four factors: accessibility, visibility, connectivity, and intelligibility. Each factor is classified in 10 items and 33 sub items. According to AHP analysis, the most important factor is ‘accessibility’ and by order of high weight, ‘connectivity’, ‘visibility’, and ‘intelligibility’. The analysis also shows that the following items are evaluated as high score considering the importance weight: convenience to public transportation, simpleness of pedestrian path in the site, convenience to move vertically, visibility in pedestrian node, atrium planning considering the wide-open space, speed to move vertically, connection between the main path and escalators, intelligibility of the main path, and circulation of pedestrian path on each floor.
