경성방송국(JODK)의 지산지소(地産地消)의 자기조직화 연구 – 박의섭 아동방송극을 중심으로 = A Study on the Self-Organization of Local Production for Local Consumption (地産地消) in Gyeongseong Broadcasting Station (JODK)

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 일제강점기 경성방송국(JODK)을 단순한 식민 통치 도구가 아닌, 권력의 제약과 지역성의 가능성이 긴장하며 작동하는 동태적 매체 생태계로재구성하고, ‘지산지소(地産地消)적 자기조직화’ 개념으로 분석하였다. 특히식민지 아동방송극 작가 박의섭의 15편 대본을 핵심 1차 자료로 삼아, 강한제국 통제 속에서도 지역 콘텐츠가 생산·유통·소비되며 제한적이지만 자생적인 문화적 질서가 형성되는 과정을 탐색하였다.
본고는 15편 가운데 지산지소적 자기조직화의 핵심 양상이 가장 뚜렷하게드러나는 대표작 5편(「경성-목포」, 「가을밤」, 「기차놀이」, 「달나라」, 「돌아오신 아버지」)을 중심으로 심층 분석을 수행하였다. 나머지 10편은 표로 요약하여 전체 연구 범위를 보완하였다.
박의섭 아동방송극은 제국 권력의 통제 속에서도 지역·일상·놀이·전통·가족이라는 다층적 축에서 지산지소적 순환 구조를 형성하며, 제한적이지만 자생적인 문화적 자기조직화를 실현했음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 식민지 매체 연구의 기존 이분법을 넘어 동태적 생태계 관점을 제시하고, 희귀 1차 자료를통해 식민지 아동문화의 실천적 면모를 복원하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study reexamines the Korean Broadcasting Station in Gyeongseong (JODK) during the Japanese colonial period as a dynamic media ecosystem in which imperial control and regional cultural agency coexisted in tension. Focusing on fifteen children’s radio drama scripts by Park Eui-seop, the research analyzes how local cultural content was produced, circulated, and consumed through the framework of “local production and local consumption-based self-organization” (地産地消).
Through an in-depth analysis of five representative works—Gyeongseong–Mokpo, Autumn Night, Playing Train, Moonland, and The Father Who Returned—the study reveals that localized cultural cycles rooted in everyday life, tradition, play, and family continued to emerge despite colonial constraints. Ultimately, the research moves beyond the conventional binary understanding of colonial media and proposes a dynamic ecological perspective on colonial children’s culture
