Cyclones are widely used in vacuum cleaners. Dust and air spin around the cyclone at high speed and are separated due to the centrifugal force acting on the dust particles. This study aims to develop a single stage dust collector with two cyclone chambers to increase the dust separation efficiency. The dual cyclone dust collector will be designed asa compact cyclone with a high dust collection rate and low pressure loss, while maintaining the original performance, The new and original models will be compared. We have improved the base model by selecting optimum values of the cone angle and pneumatic flow rate.
