국내 선용품 산업의 드론 배송서비스 도입 및 활성화를 위한 우선순위 도출 연구 = A Study on Prioritizing the Introduction and Activation of Drone Delivery Services in the Domestic Ship Supplies Industry

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 4차 산업혁명기술이 도입되면서 드론을 활용한 물류시스템의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 선용품 관련 이해관계자를 대상으로 AHP 분석을 수행하여 선도적인 선용품 드론 배송서비스 도입의 우선순위를 도출하여 부산항 고부가가치 창출 제고를 목적으로 한다. AHP 분석에 따른 부산항 선용품 산업의 드론 배송서비스 도입과 관련하여 선용품 업체 및 이해관계자의 경우 드론 배송의 경제성을 높은 우선순위로 평가한 반면, 편의성는 상대적으로 낮은 우선순위로 평가하였다. 이를 통해 부산항 선용품 산업에서 드론 배송 서비스를 성공적으로 도입하려면, 운임과 적재 용량 같은 경제적 요인을 우선적으로 고려하면서도 안정성과 신속한 문제 해결, 나아가 정보 보호 강화를 위한 전략적 접근이 필요하다.

With the rise of Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies, the importance of drone-based logistics systems has grown significantly. The drone industry, as a leading technology, enables innovative systems for transporting and delivering goods. While ports and related industries are shifting from quantitative growth to creating high added value, South Korea's Busan Port remains focused on operations, lacking in value-added industries like ship supplies and repairs. This study uses AHP analysis to prioritize the introduction of drone delivery services for ship supplies, aiming to enhance Busan Port's high-value-added capabilities.
