莊子의 현실 극복의 지혜 = Chuang-Tzu’s wisdom to overcome reality

국문 초록 (Abstract)

어려운 현실을 극복하기 위해서는 선험적 삶을 살다간 선현의 지혜를 탐구하는 적극적 자세가 필요하다. 이를 위해 전국시대라고 하는 혼란의 시대를살다간 장자(莊子)의 이야기를 통해 이 문제에 접근하였다. 장자는 상대적 관점에서 진리를 인식하고, 현실의 다양성과 변화를 받아들인다. 또한 장자는궁극적으로 난세를 극복하기 위한 출발점을 허기론(虛己論)과 무용지용론(無 用之用論)에서 밝히고 있다. 『장자』 「산목」편에서는 ‘빈 배’ 이야기를 통해 자신을 비우고 세상에 노닐 수 있다면 그 누가 그를 해칠 수 있겠는지를 묻고 있다. 아울러 무용지용론을 통해 현실의 근심과 재난을 극복하기 위한 길로 스스로를 비우고 천지자연과 시세에 순응하는 지혜를 가르쳐 주었다. 이와 같이장자는 상대적 지식 추구를 거부하고 절대적 진지(眞知)를 통해 있는 사물들의고유 가치를 왜곡하지 않고 있는 그대로 바라볼 것을 주장한다. 결국 평등의논리는 현실 극복의 의지를 담보한다. 또한 장자는 적극적으로 현실을 개척하자는 의도를 담아내었다.

In order to overcome the difficult reality, it is necessary to have an actively explore the wisdom of ancient people who lived a transcendent life. For this reason, he approached this problem through the story of Chuang-Tz u , who lived in an era of chaos called the Warring States Period. Chuang-Tz u recognizes truth from a relative perspective and accepts the diversity and change of reality. From Chuang- Tz u 's point of view, he sought the starting point for overcoming the turbulent times through the theory of empty himself and useful uselessness. Chuang-Tz u The story of "Sanmok" emphasizes who can harm him if he can empty himself and play in the world through the story of "Empty Boat." In addition, through useful uselessness, he taught himself the wisdom of adjusting to heaven, earth, nature, and the times by opening himself as a way to overcome real worries and disasters.
Chuang-Tz u refuses to pursue relative knowledge and insists on looking at the intrinsic value of something without distorting it through absolute true knowledge.
In the end, the logic of equality guarantees the will to overcome reality. Chuang- Tz u also expressed her intention to actively explore reality.
