한국의 민주적 공고화와 개혁의 한계 = 김영삼 정부의 개혁정책을 중심으로

Reform policy under the Kim Young Sam Government had been propelled with powerful supports from the mass. Political reforms, including reforms of the military institution, punishments against political corruptions, and a foundation of legal lines for the political fund had been very successful and as a result had inspired the expectation for democratic consolidation in Korea. As the agendas went on to the other fields, especially the economic field, however, symptoms of conflicts and splits from the established stratum came to threaten the optimistic circumstance of democratization. Furthermore, the start of 'Globalization policy' caused a variety of confusions and dilemmas because of its ambiguous and degenerating features, which had been deteriorated by Kim Young Sam's populist style, a lack of long-term visions of reform policy, and confusions among the different orientations of its reform policies.
