춘천 지역 노인의 지역 내 거주 실태(Aging in Place): 패널자료를 활용한 분석 = The Study on the Level of Aging in Place of Elderly in Chuncheon Area: Analysis Using Panel Data

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 Aging in Place에 대한 조사 결과를 활용하여 춘천지역 노인의 개인적 특성과 지역 특성을 파악하여 삶의 질이 어느 정도인지 분석하고, 시계열 횡단면 결합자료를 통해 시간이 지남에 따라 노인의 삶의 질이 어떻게 변화하고 있는지를 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 주요 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 나이가 들수록 지역에 대한 애착감은 증가하는 반면, 지역에서 거주할 수 있는 능력은 감퇴하는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 둘째, 오래 거주함에 따라 주택과 지역에 대한 애착이 증가한다는 점은 주택이나 지역사회가 단순히 물리적 공간으로서만 의미를 갖는 것이 아니라는 점을 보여주는 것으로 공간은 시간 이 지남에 따라 경험과 체험이 누적되는 장이며 다양한 정서적 반응을 일으키는 요소이다. 셋째, 공간이 갖는 정서적 맥락을 고려하면 돌봄의 편리함만을 고려하여 노인들을 요양 시설이나 양로 시설과 같은 집단 주거시설로 이주시키는 것은 노인의 관점에서 볼 때 타당한 대안이 되지 못할 가능성도 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of life by analyzing the personal characteristics and regional characteristics of the elderly in Chuncheon using the results of Aging in Place Study, The goal is to analyze how quality of AIP(Aging in Place) is changing. The main results are as follows. First, as people get older, their sense of attachment to the region increases, whereas their ability to live in the region declines. Second, the increase in attachment to houses and areas as a result of long living shows that houses and communities are not merely meaningful as physical space. Space is a place where experience and experience accumulate as time goes by and is a factor causing various emotional reactions. Third, considering the emotional context of space, it may not be a viable alternative from the viewpoint of the elderly, considering the convenience of caring and moving elderly people to group housing facilities such as nursing homes or nursing homes.
