농업계 고등학교 농업기계과와 관련학과 졸업생들에게 필요한 농업기계 직무 능력 = Agricultural Machinery Job Competency of Agricultural Machinery Major and Related Major Graduates in Agricultural High School

The purpose of this study was to find the agricultural machinery competency that may be helpful to survive at job market for agricultural machinery major or related major graduates.For this study, we collected and analyzed the related literature and investigated the job competency of agricultural machinery work. And we studied and analyzed for using a Delphi group consisting 24 persons, the expert of agricultural machinery job or related job field.As for the job field in agricultural machinery major graduates, they should have to learn the use of tools and instruments, maintenance of agricultural machinery, manipulation and operation of agricultural machinery. Among agricultural machinery maintenance, tractor and combine maintenance competency showed very important. The manipulation and operation of agricultural machinery revealed high approval rates in the change of V-belt(83%), attachment and operation of trailer(83%), and attachment and working of rotary(79%), etc. As for capacity for using tools and instruments, it showed that tool using competency like general wrench(96%), spanner(92%), impact wrench(92%), hand finishing tools(88 %) and special wrench(83%) was important.Necessary job competency of agricultural machinery related major graduates was the agricultural facilities and equipments manipulation, agricultural machinery manipulation and operation, tools and instruments using competency.In the field of agricultural facility and equipments, the present farming needed to total using competency of high agricultural technology and agricultural facility. Especially, the facility control competency using a computer system needed. So, control system operation for protected horticulture was very important(92%). And it was very important in the protected horticulture job as check and control of electric facility(92%), arrangement of greenhouse facility(88%), and check and maintenance of ventilation fan for farming.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 농업계 고등학교(농업기계 영역) 학생들이 졸업 후 현장에서 직무수행을 위해 필요한 과업과 기능을 조사하고 분석하여 농업기계 관련 능력 중요도를 결정함으로써 학교에서 실기 능력 증진에 도움을 줄 수 있는 신뢰성 있는 기준을 마련하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 본 연구의 대상은 농업기계를 잘 알고 있는 전문가 집단이며 표집은 현장에서 직접 농업기계를 제조, 수리, 사용하거나 교육을 하고 있는 전문가들을 대상으로 선정하였다.이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 관련 문헌의 수집과 분석, 농업기계 관련 직무능력을 조사하였고, 농업기계를 담당하고 있으면서 경력이 10년 이상된 각 분야의 전문가 집단을 구성하여 델파이법을 이용하여 조사, 분석하였다. 설문지 내용의 구성은 6개의 직무와 40개의 과업을 분석하여 344개의 기능을 작성하였다. 조사대상자 24명으로부터 자료가 모집되었으며 24명분의 자료가 모두 분석에 이용되었다. 직무중요도를 5점 척도를 이용하여 점수화 하였고, SPSS 10.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도와 백분비를 구하였다. 또한 최종 3차의 결과에 따라 매우 중요에 응답자의 75%이상이 찬성한 경우는 농업기계 필수 직무로, 74∼50%가 찬성한 경우는 준필수 직무로, 중요에 75%이상 찬성한 경우는 준필수 직무, 중요에 74∼50% 찬성한 경우는 필요직무로 구분하였다.3차에 걸친 조사 결과 농업기계과와 관련학과의 직무 중요도 내용은 다음과 같다.
