기본권으로서의 스포츠권 에 관한 소고

The purpose of this study is to consider the $quot;right to sports$quot; which has emerged as a basic right and to enhance the understanding on sports in the field of law. )first, I established a concept oI sports by surveying where the right to sports idea carne from and considered the significance oI right to sports from the international viewpoint of $quot;Sports for All$quot;. I also exemplified other countries` related legal cases. Eext, I demonstrated right to spore s as a constitutional one. I referred to the freedom of congregation and association, and other associated rights such as the right to education, happiness and life. !according to the study, there are two types of legal characteristics : civil liberties and as a basic social right. That is to sy. the characteristic of being free from the intervention and invasion from the country and the right for an individual to ask an authority to establish and implement policies for rirht to sports actualization. Finally, I pointed out that legal study on sports was totally absent and suggested the necessities of making legal efforts.
