전시사업 프로세스 정립을 위한 체계화 연구 = A Study on the Systematization for the Establishment of the Exhibition Project Process - Focusing on the case of domestic exhibition halls -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The development of the domestic exhibition industry has grown alongside the development of science and technology. Despite this quantitative and qualitative growth, there are many tasks to be solved, such as the selection of similar and overlapping exhibition topics, the replacement of periodic exhibits, pre-planning, and the selection of exhibition operators. The importance of exhibition project management is relatively low compared to the fact that various studies have been conducted since the enactment of the Exhibition Industry Development Act in 2008. Museums, art galleries, and science museums, which are classified as representative types of exhibition halls, have limitations in unified application of exhibition business management due to their different characteristics, but the need for a common direction is emerging in that exhibitions and periodic replacements should be made. Among the types of exhibition halls, the exhibition project management process was derived through business analysis conducted at domestic exhibition halls, focusing on science halls with a comprehensive environment ranging from various exhibits, understanding, viewing, experience, and participation. By analyzing the process of the exhibition hall according to the characteristics of each exhibition field, the series of exhibition projects currently in progress at the science museum was compared and analyzed, and a systematization model was proposed to apply it. As a result of this study, the purpose of this study is to be used as basic data for the smooth progress of exhibition projects through systematization and quantification of exhibition project management of science museums. In the future, research on the selection of exhibition replacement cycles according to the durability of the exhibition medium and the step-by-step inspection of the exhibition project management process through interviews with working-level officials should be followed.
