미술교육 공적개발원조(ODA) 사례 분석을 통한K-문화예술교육 활성화 방안 = Case Analysis of Official Development Assistance (ODA) in Arts Education for Enhancing K-Culture

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 과거 교육 원조국에서 공여국으로 승격한 우리나라의 문화예술교육 공적개발원조(Official Development Assistance: ODA)발전 방향 모색을 위해 한국-네팔 미술교육 ODA 프로그램을 논의 및 분석하고, 여기서 도출한 시사점을 토대로 ‘K-문화예술교육 플랫폼’ 활성화 방안을 제시하는데 목적을 두었다. 첫째, 지속가능한 상호 발전을 위한 대면, 비대면 교류 채널 다원화 방안을 제시하였다. 둘째, 문화예술교육 ODA 기초 연구가 부족한 상황에서 자료 수집 및 분석 방법을 토대로 지속가능한 교류방안을 제안하였다. 셋째, 미술교육프로그램 기획과 종결 후 향후 발전을 위해 참고할 수 있는 문화예술교육 ODA 평가지표를 개발하였다. 문화예술교육ODA에 대한 기초자료 및 연구가 부재한 상황에서 경험에 기반해 발전 방향을 제시하는 본 연구는 선진국형 ODA에 다가서는데 이바지할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study discusses the Korea-Nepal Art Education ODA program in which researchers participated to find a direction for the development of Korea's Official Development Assistance (ODA). Global happiness and citizenship are emphasized in preparation for future situations where various disruptions are expected, such as refugee issues, climate change, and the development of rapidly developing information and communication, and culture and arts education ODA is drawing attention. In this situation, it is necessary to establish an education platform so that people around the world can understand Korea's culture and arts education, which has been proven by the popularity of K-syndrom, across the boundaries. The researcher visited an elementary school in Nepal where there was no art curriculum, conducted art education for all grades, and conducted workshops on art curriculum and works for local teachers. Teachers showed a change in perception of the art subject and expected to interact in the long run. Based on these experiences and existing ODA research data, a plan to revitalize ODA in sustainable culture and arts education was proposed. First, it is the diversification of exchange channels for continuous exchange, second, the collection of various data for basic research, and third, the development of evaluation indicators for self- evaluation. In the absence of basic data and research on culture and arts education ODA, this study, which presents the direction of development based on experience, is expected to contribute to approaching advanced ODA.
