노인의 우울에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 대전광역시 노인을 중심으로 = A Study on the Factors Affecting the Depression of the Elderly: Focusing on the Elderly in Daejeon

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 노인의 우울에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 2017년 P대학교가 수집한‘대전광역시의 고령친화성 및 거주 노인 실태조사’의 고령자 404명을 설문조사 자료를 활용하였다. 분석결과 다음의 결과가 도출되었다. 노화불안, 사회적 고립감, 자아통제감이 노인의 우울에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다 즉, 노화불안, 고립감, 자아통제감이 높을수록 우울이 높아짐을 의미한다. 또한 우울에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것은 고립감인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 실천현장에 주는 사회복지적 제언을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is intended to identify factors that affect depression in older people. To this end, 404 elderly people in the "Survey on the Elderly Friendly and Residential Elderly in Daejeon Metropolitan City" collected by P University in 2017 used the survey data. As a result of the analysis, the following results were derived: It has been confirmed that aging anxiety, social isolation, and self-control affect the depression of the elderly: the higher the anxiety, isolation, and self-control, the higher the depression. Also, the biggest influence on depression was isolation. Based on these results, social welfare suggestions were presented to the practice site.
