기업상담자의 공공기관 EAP 센터장 역할수행 경험에 관한 내러티브 탐구 -절충모형을 중심으로- = Exploring the narrative of corporate counsellors’ role as heads of EAP centers in public institutions -Focusing on a compromise model-

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 절충모형 공공기관 EAP 센터장 역할을 수행한 기업상담자가 어떠한 경험을 했는지, 그 경험이 어떤 의미를 형성하는지 알아보기 위해 내러티브 탐구 방법을 통하여 살펴보았다. 본 연구에서 설정한 연구퍼즐은 절충모형 공공기관 EAP 센터장 역할수행에 대하여 어떤 경험을 했으며 그 경험의 의미는 무엇인가이다. 본 연구를 위해 절충모형 공공기관 EAP 센터장 역할수행 경험이 있는 3명을 연구 참여자로 선정하였다. 자료 수집은 2022년 8월부터 2022년 11월까지 이루어졌고, 연구 참여자들의 센터장 역할수행 경험과 그 의미의 분석은 3차원적 내러티브 탐구 공간에서 이루어졌다. 연구 참여자들의 경험의 의미는 <새로운 도전을 받아들이는 용기>, <다채로운 카멜레온 되기>, <내 역량을 발휘할 수 있는 자리>, <성장으로 이끈 여정>이라는 4가지 주제로 구성하였다. 이러한 의미를 개인적, 실제적, 사회적 정당성 차원에서 논의하였고 이 연구의 의의와 후속 연구를 제언하였다. 본 연구결과는 향후 예비 EAP 상담자들에게 절충모형 공공기관 EAP 상담 현장에 대한 구체적인 정보를 제공하고 연구변인의 발굴 같은 연구 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined the experiences of corporate counselors who served as the heads of EAP centers in eclectic public institutions through narrative exploration methods to find out what kind of experiences they had and what kind of meaning they formed. The research puzzle set up in this study is what experiences they had and what is the meaning of that experience in the role of ecletic model public institution EAP center directors. For this study, three people who have experience in the role of the director of the EAP center of a public institution in the eclectic model were selected as research participants. Data collection was conducted from August 2022 to November 2022, and the analysis of the participants' experiences in the role of the director of the center and their meanings was carried out in a three-dimensional narrative exploration space. The meaning of the participants' experiences was organized into four themes: <Courage to Accept New Challenges>, <Becoming a Colorful Chameleon>, <A Place to Demonstrate Capabilities>, <Journey to Growth>. These implications were discussed in terms of personal, practical, and social justifications, and the significance of this study and subsequent research were suggested. The results of this study are expected to provide prospective EAP counselors with specific information on the eclectic model EAP counseling sites in public institutions and contribute to the revitalization of research such as the discovery of research variables.
