난관복원술에 관한 연구 = An Analysis of 78 Cases of Tubal Ligation Reversals

국문 초록 (Abstract)

1987년 6월부터 1991년 6월까지 78예의 난관복원술을 시행하였다. 그중 49예에서 자궁내 정상임신이 되고 5예에서 자궁외임신이 되어 각각 63%와 6.4%의 성공율과 자궁외임신율을 보였다. 대부분의 임신(93%)은 수술후 1년이내에 이루어졌다.
수술후 난관의 길이와 접합부위의 양측 난관직경이 양호한 정도(favorability)가 통계학적으로 유의하게 임신의 가능성을 예측할 수 있는 인자였다. 자궁외임신 5예는 모두 접합부위의 난 관직경의 favorability가 불량한(-/-) 경우에서만 발생하였다.

There has been increasing demand for tubal ligation reversals with increasing divorce rate and child loss by accident. After the introduction of microsurgical tubal ligation reversal technique by Garcia, many reports have been made about the factors which may influence the outcome of tubal ligation reversals, i.e. importance of hemostasis and avoidance of desiccation, postoperative tubal length, type of tubal sterilization, and site of anastomosis. We have reviewed 78 cases of tubal ligation reversals for determination of factors that were important in achieving pregnancy.
