Justice of a human resource management system is know as one of important antecedents of job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. The sample of this study consisted of employees from hotel in seoul. Data were collected through self-administered questionnaires, and analyzed using the SPSS. The results were as follows; first, distributive justice, procedural justice and interaction justice have significant influence on job satisfaction. Second, first, distributive justice and procedural justice have significant influence but interaction justice has not significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior. This study contribute to the literature performance dimensionality in service organization, as well as justice theory`s application to discretionary performance in the hotel industry. The theoretical and practical implications of this research were discussed and directions for future research were advanced.
