비대면 언택트 시대 원격업무와 원격교육에 대한 탐색적 고찰 -코로나로 인한 재택근무와 온라인 교육을 중심으로- = An exploratory study on remote work and distance education in the untact era Focused on telecommuting and online education due to Corona-19

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 비대면 언택트 시대와 코로나19로 인한 원격 재택 근무와 원격 교육에 대한 현황과 주요 관점을 탐색하고 향후 시대적인 전망과 방향성을 모색하는 것이다. 4차산업 혁명과 정보 기술의 발전으로 촉발된 원격업무와 원격교육은 코로나19로 인하여 재택근무와 온라인 교육의 형태로 일상화되고 있다.
원격교육은 코로나19 위험을 감소하여 학생의 시간 절약, 자율적인 학습과 반복학습이 가능하다. 재택근무는 근로자 출퇴근시간 낭비의 감소뿐만 아니라 기업의 비용 감소와 효율성, 만족도 증가를 지원한다. 원격재택근무는 전체적인 업무효율성과 시간, 비용을 절감하지만 조직 구성원 내 의사소통의 문제와 협업의 어려움을 나타낼 가능성이 높은 것으로 분석되었다.
본 연구는 재택근무와 온라인 교육의 특성과 관점, 방법을 조사, 연구하여 현 시점과 미래 업무와 교육에 대한 전망과 제안을 하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the current status and major perspectives on remote work and distance education due to untact era and COVID-19, and to explore future prospects and directions.
Telecommuting and distance education, triggered by the 4th industrial revolution and the development of information technology, are becoming commonplace in the form of telecommuting and online education due to COVID-19.
Distance education reduces the risk of COVID-19, enabling students to save time, autonomous learning and repeat learning. Telecommuting not only reduces the wasted time of commuting by workers, but also supports companies to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and increase satisfaction.
