-Abstract- Papillary cystadenoma lymphomatosum or Warthin’s tumor is the second most common benign tumor of the parotid gland making up five to ten percent of most parotid tumor series. Classically these tumors occur in the sixth decade of life, almost exclusively in white males, but increasing incidence in females has been reported over the last four decade. A significantly higher percentage of all parotid gland tumors, and especially Warthin’s tumor, was associated with smoking in both males and females. The authors experienced four cases of Warthin’s tumor in the male only, there fore we report with a review of literature.
