텍스트언어학을 위한 체계이론의 기여 = Contributions of the Systems-Theory (by Niklas Luhmann) to Textlinguistics

The German Sociologue Niklas Luhmann(1927~1998) has developed an epoch-making social theory called as System-Theorie (Systems-Theory). Until now, there are many studies on his monumental works, but they mainly focused on Sociology. In the other hand, we set our specific goal to observe his epistemological foundation from textlinguistic angle. In the relevant chapters, we deal with following topics: Chapter 1: General purpose of this paper: the possibility of system-theoretical Text-typology; Chapter 2: Key-concepts of Systems-Theory for Text-Linguistics such as autopoiesis, coding, differentiation, operational closedness, social semantics etc.; Chapter 3: Synthetical communication-model of Systems-Theory; Chapter 4: Critical evaluation for the Textsortenlinguistik by Ch. Gansel, and further tasks for Text-Typology: Hierarchy- Filtering-Preference. With these partial results, we regard the sociological architecture of Luhmannian Theory as one of the powerful conceptions which can widen the realm of Classical Text-Linguistics and achieve its potential for Functional Arrangement of Textsorten at all.
