RAD발레교수법을 활용한 누리과정 유아발레교육 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

교육의 가장 첫 시작점인 만 5세 누리과정과 Pre-Ballet 단계는 유아기에 필요한 바른 인성을 위한 기본 능력을 길러주고 기초 능력을 형성하는 신체적, 정서적, 인지적, 언어, 사회성 등의 모든 발달의 형성에 도움을 주고 균형 있는 발달을 제시하고 있다.
이에 본 연구는 새로운 지식창출과 창의적 교육에 중점을 두고 미래를 대비하여 자라나는 유아들을 대상으로 하는 조기교육의 중요성을 인지하고, 만 5세 누리과정 내 예술경험영역 예술 활동의 프로그램을 중점으로 발레 통합교육 프로그램 지도안의 개발을 하고자 하였다. 특히 어느 한쪽에 편중된 발달이 아닌 다양한 상호작용으로 양방향의 모든 변화와 자신만의 표현 방식으로 예술적, 지적 발달을 통해 통합적 사고를 확장 시켜줄 수 있는 RAD Pre-Primary 단계를 활용한 통합교육 프로그램 지도안의 개발하고자 하였다.
이러한 연구목적을 수행하기 위하여 일차적으로 현행되고 있는 여러 가지 선행된 자료들을 통한 분석을 토대로 본 연구에서 제시한 프로그램 효과성의 결론은 아래와 같다.
첫째, 아동들의 가장 큰 영역인 심리적 교육에 있어서 RAD의 여러 가지 표현방법의 교육영역은 아동들에게 심리적 안정감과 더불어 자존감을 길러주는데 큰 역할을 한다.
둘째, 신체적 교육에 있어서 리듬감과 몸을 활용한 운동 효과의 극대화는 아동들의 신체적 발달에 큰 영향을 미친다.
셋째, 예술경험영역 안에서 아름다움 찾아보기, 예술표현하기, 예술 감상하기를 바탕으로 나누어져 있는 교육방법론 안에서 유아발레교육의 예술적 가치를 부여하고 활동영역을 보완함으로써 효율적으로 적용 될 수 있도록 예술경험 활동의 지도방안을 제시 할 수 있었다.
넷째, RAD 발레교수법의 Pre-Primary 단계를 통합하여 프로그램을 교육함으로써 더 정확한 신체적, 정서적, 예술적 전문지식을 통해 예술교육의 질을 향상시킬 수 있다. 이는 발레교육의 조기교육을 통한 효과에 있어서 중요한 밑거름이 될 수 있다.
모든 교육에는 시기가 있듯이 조기교육의 중요성은 유아교육에서 나타나며, 가장 중요한 교육적 화두로 대두되고 있다. 특히 유아기의 발달, 심리학, 음악 등을 교수법을 숙지하여 다양하고 활용도 높은 프로그램 개발이 지속적으로 필요하다. 본 연구에서 제시된 교육프로그램은 실천적, 이론적 부분의 발전방안 연구로 현 연구단계에 있어서 현재 무용교육법을 보완하고 그것을 통한 활용방안을 모색해 나아가야 한다는 명재가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The contemporary digital era has been changed rapidly with abundant
volume of knowledge and information. Under this circumstance, new
talented personnel that can be more active and creative to solve are
required. Eventually, the change of education field that is infrastructure
of society is as a matter of course to survive in the global competition.
Age 5 Nuri Curriculum and Pre-Ballet stage, the starting point of
education suggests balanced development to nurture basic abilities for
upright personality at the infant period and to help to form physical,
emotional, cognitive, linguistic and social competence.
For this purpose, this study focused on new knowledge creation and
creative education. With the awareness of importance of early education
for young children the study developed ballet integrated educationprogram manual in art experience activity inside Age 5 Nuri Curriculum.
In particular, the study aimed to develop integrated education program
using RAD Pre-Primary stage that can expand integrated thinking rather
than biased development for two-way change and self-expression
method through various interaction expanding artistic and intellectual
development.
To achieve the research purpose, the study analyzed various
previous studies primarily. The conclusion of suggested program in this
study is as follows.
Firstly, RAD’s various expression method and education area played
an important role in developing children’s psychological stability and
self-efficacy in the psychological education, the largest area of children.
Secondly, in the physical education, maximization of rhythmic sense
of exercise effect using body had had great impact on physical
development of children.
Thirdly, it could supplement any shortage in the education
methodologies in the art experience areas that are divided into finding
beauty, expressing art and appreciating art. The study could suggest art
experience activity manual by imposing artistic value of children ballet
education in the frame of children education by supplementing activity
area and by attempting efficient application.
Fourthly, by integrating Pre-Primary level of RAD ballet teaching
method, the artistic education quality could be improved through more
accurate physical, emotional and artistic expertise. It can be an
important foundation in the effect through early education of ballet.Just as every education has proper time, the significance of earlier
education appears in the children’s education, which is the most
important educational issue. In particular, it is necessary to learn
development of children period, psychology and music teaching method
to develop diverse and highly usable programs. The education program
suggested in this study is a practical and theoretical development study,
which needs further studies by complementing current dance education
method and by seeking utilization method at the current study stage.
