전시공간 선택속성이 전시공간 관람객의 이용만족 및 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 :“아산 산림자연사박물관” 전시공간을 중심으로 = The Influence of Exhibition Space Selection Properties on Visitors' Use Satisfaction and Intention to Revisit: Focusing on “Asan forest of Natural History Museum”

This research aims to examine the selection properties of exhibition space, and their relation with the visitors' use satisfaction and intention to revisit. In order to achieve this purpose, exhibition panel factor, exhibition caption factor, space composition factor, exhibition presentation factor, and exhibition space characteristics were established as the selection properties of exhibition space, and were divided into visitors' use satisfaction and intention to revisit. Then, their influence factors and relation were empirically analyzed, and data was collected using ‘survey method’ for 30 days from May 1st to May 30th, 2015. A total of 400 copies of survey questionnaire were distributed, and 390 copies were collected. Among them, 8 copies with missing survey questions or insincere responses were excluded, and 382 copies were used as the final data for analysis.
The results of this research can be summarized as in the following. First, the 5 factors of the selection properties of exhibition space, suggested in this research, were verified to have an organic influence on the use satisfaction of exhibition space and intention to revisit by visitors. This indicates that the bigger the influence of exhibition panel factor, exhibition caption factor, space composition factor, exhibition presentation factor, and exhibition space characteristics, the higher the exhibition space visitors' use satisfaction and intention to revisit would be. Second, among the visitors' selection properties of exhibition space, space composition factor and exhibition presentation factor were demonstrated to have the biggest influence on visitors' use satisfaction. This implies that space composition factor and exhibition presentation factor should be considered first in order to increase exhibition space visitors' use satisfaction. Third, it can be interpreted from the relation between exhibition space visitors' use satisfaction and intention to revisit that the higher the use satisfaction of visitors, the higher their intention to revisit.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 전시공간의 선택속성과 관람객의 이용만족 및 재방문의도와의 관련성을 고찰하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한목적을 달성하기 위해 전시패널 요인, 전시캡선 요인, 공간구성 요인, 전시연출 요인, 전시공간 특성으로 설정하고, 관람객 이용만족과 재방문의도로 구분한 후 이들의 영향요인과 관련성을 실증 분석하였다. 자료수집은 ‘설문지법’으로진행하였으며, 수집 기간은 2015 년 5 월 1 일부터 5 월 30 일까지 30 일간이였다. 설문지는 총 400 부를 배포하여390 부를 회수하여 그 중 설문 문항이 누락되었거나, 불성실한 응답을 제외한 8 부를 제외 하고, 382 부를 최종 분석자료로 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 요약해 볼 수 있다. 첫째, 본 연구에서 제시된 전시공간의선택 속성 5 가지 요인들은 전시공간 이용만족과 재방문의도에 모두 유기적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증됨으로써, 전시공간의 전시패널, 전시캡선, 공간구성, 전시연출의 요인들의 영향이 클수록 전시공간 관람자들의 이용만족과 재방문 의도가 높아질 것으로 생각된다. 둘째, 전시공간의 관람객 선택 속성 요인중 관람객 이용만족에 가장 크게 영향을미치는 요인은, 공간구성요인과, 전시연출 요인으로 나타났다. 이는 전시공간 관람객 이용만족을 높이기 위해서는 공간구성, 전시연출을 우선적으로 고려해야 함을 시사한다. 셋째, 전시공간의 관람객 이용만족과 재방문의도와의 관련성은 관람객의 이용만족이 클수록 재방문의도가 높은 것으로 해석해 볼 수 있다.
