아파트형工場의 入住滿足度 調査․分析 및 問題點 改選에 관한 硏究 : - 서울디지털 産業團地 事例를 中心으로 - = A study of the apartment-type-factory - the survey and analysis of its customer satisfaction and suggestion of solutions to its problems

국문 초록 (Abstract)

1980년부터 우리나라에 보급되기 시작한 아파트형공장은 단순한 제조업 중심의 집합건축물에서 탈피하여 최근에는 인텔리전트, 유비쿼터스 빌딩 등으로 명칭을 바꿔어야 할 만큼 엄청난 변화와 발전이 이루어지고 있다. 또한 앞으로는 고객이 원하는 것(needs)을 넘어서 고객이 열망(desire)하는 것을 파악하여 신속하게 반영하는 업체가 치열한 경쟁사회에서 앞서 나갈 수 있다.
본 연구는 현재 서울디지털산업단지(옛.구로공단)내에 입주해 있는 업체들을 대상으로 아파트형공장에 대한 입주만족도를 조사·분석하여 문제점에 대한 개선안을 제시하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다.
이러한 연구배경에 따라 아래와 같이 구성하였다.
첫째, 연구의 배경 및 목적을 설명하고 연구의 범위와 방법을 정한다.
둘째, 이론적 고찰을 통해 아파트형공장의 개념 및 제도를 살펴본다.
셋째, 아파트형공장의 공급현황과 특장점을 살펴보고, 아파트형공장의 시대별 상품유형 및 해외사례 등을 살펴본다.
넷째, 아파트형공장의 입주사를 대상으로 입주만족도 설문조사를 실시한다.
다섯째, 앞서 실시한 설문조사 결과를 분석하여 기존 아파트형공장의 문제점을 도출해내고, 그에 따른 개선방안을 제시한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Enormous changes and progress have been made to the apartment-type-factories, which started to be constructed from 1980 in this country, as they no longer are simple complex buildings for the manufacturing industry but are called intelligent or ubiquitous buildings lately.
I believe that the suppliers of these factories who grasp not only the customers' needs but the desires, and adapt themselves to them can be the winners in today's fierce competition.
The objective of this study is to suggest some possible solutions to the problems which were attained through surveying and analyzing the companies currently residing in the Seoul Digital Industrial Complex (formerly Guro Industrial Complex) for the customer satisfaction for their apartment-type-factories.
This study is constructed as follows;
1. Background and objective of the study are explained and scope and methodology of the study are defined.
2. Through a theoretical approach, concept of Apartment-Type- Factory and the relevant system are examined.
3. Supply status of the apartment-type-factory and its characteristics are examined as well as its product types by period and overseas cases.
4. Survey of the companies residing in apartment-type-factories for the customer satisfaction was conducted.
5. Analysing the result of the above survey, problems of the apartment-type-factories are defined and solutions for them are suggested.
