노인의 사회참여 평가도구에 대한 체계적 고찰 = Systematic Review on the Social Participation Assessment Tool for Older Adults

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 노인을 대상으로 사회참여 평가도구를 사용한 문헌들을 체계적으로 고찰하여 사회참여 평가의 사용 빈도, 평가항목 및 방법 등을 분석한 내용을 정리하여 제시하였다. Pubmed, CINAHL, Web of Science의 데이터베이스를 사용하여 2022년 12월까지출판된 노인의 사회참여 평가에 대한 논문을 검색했다. 총 1,386편의 문헌 중 선정기준 및 배제기준에 따라 최종 18편의 문헌을 최종선택하여 분석을 수행하였다. 선정된 18개의 문헌 중 최근 5년간 출판된 문헌이 9편(50%)으로 가장 많았다. 연구설계의 경우, 단면조사연구로 설계된 연구가 12편(66.6%)으로 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 총 18편의 문헌에서 나타난 노인의 사회참여 평가도구는 총11개가 있었다. 그중 가장 많이 활용된 평가도구는 Assessment of Life Habits (LIFE-H)로 총 7편(38.9%)의 연구에서 사용되었다. 평가도구에 대한 구성요소와 개수는 도구마다 조금씩 다른 것으로 나타났다. 평가도구의 측정 방법을 분석한 결과, 대부분의 도구가 자기보고식형태였으며 사회 참여 활동에 대한 빈도를 물어보는 도구가 6개로 가장 많았다. 그 외에 참여의 어려움 정도를 묻는 도구가 4개, 참여여부나 참여 활동 개수를 물어보는 도구가 3개로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 임상가 또는 연구자가 사회참여 평가도구를 판단하여선택할 시 도움을 줄 수 있으며 적절한 도구 선택이 노인의 사회참여에 대한 이해와 중재로 연계될 수 있기를 기대한다.
