The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of university students' personal factors, college education, and environmental factors on their intention to continue university studies.
The PLS-SEM method was used to analyze the survey data collected on students’ satisfaction at D University. As a result, social adaptation and liberal arts education directly affected both department loyalty and academic continuity intention, academic adaptation and major education are important factors in department loyalty, and the university facility environment plays an important role in academic continuity intention. In addition, it was confirmed that academic adaptation, social adaptation, liberal arts education, and major education were mediated in academic continuity intention through department loyalty. The findings provide important implications for the advanced learner-centered university management.
