아파트 발코니 空間 計劃의 變化에 관한 硏究 : 계획사례 및 關係法令을 중심으로 = (A) study on changes of the balcony space plans for apartment houses

The purpose of this study was to suggest the ways to reasonably plan the balcony or the sole outdoor space for each apartment house corresponding to our every-day life. For this purpose, relevant literature and theories were reviewed and thereupon, uses of balconies were surveyed.$$a$$aSpecifically, changes of the methods of constructing the balcony for the existing apartment houses were examined, while types of balconies classified according to various building criteria were reviewed. Then, in order to understand how balconies were used and how much residents were satisfied with them, a survey was conducted for the residents living in a new town (Pyongchon) in the capital area and the model houses for new apartment houses were examined in terms of their plans.$$a$$aThe procedures for this study can be summed up as follows;$$a$$aFirst, through literature, origins and architectural implications of balcony were reviewed, relevant codes were screened and origins and history of apartment houses were reviewed.$$a$$aSecond, a case study on apartment housing balconies in Korea was conducted. In particular, types of balcony were classified according to their historical background and building code to have a better promote social and architectural understanding of balconies.$$a$$aThird, preceding studies were reviewed to have a picture about residents'' uses of and satisfaction with their apartment housing balconies and thereby, various problems involving uses of balcony were addressed.$$a$$aLastly, balcony planning alternatives were suggested based on the systematic and creative design theories to find the solutions to the problems.$$a$$aBased on the findings of this study, the following plans for apartment housing balconies were put forwards;$$a$$a- It is necessary to revise the building code to determine certain ratios of balcony to unit apartment housing area so that the balcony can play a role like the court of the traditional house.$$a$$a- It is desirable even at the stage of project approval to urge the outside windows to be designed in a reasonable and well-planned way in consideration of the exterior aesthetics.$$a$$a- It is also desirable to plan the balcony space to respond to residents'' diverse life styles, jobs and further their life cycles.$$a$$a- Since the rear balcony tends to be used to contain articles, it is deemed desirable to plan the rear balcony dedicated to cabinet.$$a$$a

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 우리 나라의 대표적 주거형태인 아파트에서 각 주호의 유일한 외부공간인 발코니에 대한 이론적 고찰과 문헌조사, 사용실태 조사등을 통하여 우리의 일상 생활에 잘 대응 할 수 있는 합리적인 아파트 발코니의 계획 방안을 제시함을 그 목적으로 한다.$$a$$a연구의 대상으론 우리 나라에서 지어진 아파트들 중 발코니 부분의 건축법의 변천 과정과 각종 건축적 기준으로 분류한 아파트 발코니의 유형을 짚어 보았으며, 또 구체적 이용상황과 거주자의 만족도를 파악하기 위한 방법으로 수도권 신도시(평촌) 아파트 등의 거주자를 탐문 조사 하고 수도권에 최근 분양중인 모델하우스의 평면 등을 조사 하였다.$$a$$a본 연구의 내용은 다음과 같이 진행되었다.$$a$$a첫째, 발코니의 유래와 건축적 의미, 법규 검토, 아파트에 대한 유래와 연혁에 대한 문헌 고찰을 하였다.$$a$$a둘째, 우리 나라의 아파트 발코니에 대한 사례 조사로 시대 상황과 건축법의 기준에 따른 변천과 기준에 따른 유형분류를 실시, 발코니에 대한 전반적인 사회적, 건축적 이해를 도모했다.$$a$$a셋째, 선행 연구를 통하여 발코니를 사용하는 거주자들에 대한 이용 상황과 만족도 등을 파악하여 발코니 사용에 대한 여러 문제점들을 도출했다.$$a$$a마지막으로 도출된 문제점을 해결하기 위해 체계적 디자인의 창의 과정의 이론에 의거 발코니 계획에 대한 안들을 제시하였다.$$a$$a본 연구의 결과로서 제시한 아파트 발코니 계획의 제안을 요약해 보면 다음과 같다.$$a$$a- 발코니 규모에 대한 법규적인 제한을 발코니 규모를 일정 면적비율을 정하는 방향으로 개정하여 발코니가 전통주택의 마당과 같은 역할을 충분히 할 수 있도록 하여야 한다.$$a$$a- 외부 창호의 설치를 사업계획승인 단계에서부터 아파트 외부 미관을 고려한 합리적이고 계획적인 설계가 될 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.$$a$$a- 발코니 공간이 거주자들의 구성원에 대응하고, 다양한 삶의 방식, 또한 거주자들의 직업, 나아가서 거주자들의 라이프 사이클에 대응 할 수 있는 공간으로 계획됨이 바람직하다.$$a$$a- 수납공간으로서의 발코니의 이용이 후면 발코니에 집중되므로 후면 발코니를 수납을 전담하는 수납용 발코니로 계획함이 바람직하다.$$a$$a
