Although the number of old buildings in korea is continuously increasing, the laws and systems to manage them are insufficient. While they are managed by various laws depending on the type and size of the building, there are also buildings that are neglected because they are not included in the management target. In addition, management registers provided for building maintenance are difficult for owners and managers to utilize. Therefore, this study intends to present a strategy for the voluntary and continuous building maintenance and management of building owners and managers. The key management items were derived through an analysis of the existing building maintenance record system and interviews with experts in related fields. Based on this, management registers for building maintenance and history management records were developed. The owners and managers can receive new information about the building by using the developed management registers.
