      효과적이고 효율적인 조직 관리는 현대 조직의 주요 목표이며, 인적자본은 이를 달성하 는데 기여하는 핵심 요소 중 가장 기본적인 요소이다. 이 연구의 주요 목표는 공공 기관의 조직 프라이드에 영향을 미치는 모델을 검정하는 것이다. 특히 이 연구는 조직 신뢰와 조직 공정성과 같은 요인들이 조직 프라이드와 어떤 관계가 있는지를 분석하고, 조직 프라이드 관점에서 보다 효과적인 조직을 구현하기 위한 방안을 모색해 보았다. 이를 위해 중앙 정부 공무원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 484명의 응답을 분석에 활용하였다. 구조모형방정식을 활용하여 조직 자긍심의 결정 요인을 분석하였다. 그 결과 조직 신뢰가 조직 프라이드를 높이기 위한 독립변수 중 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 또한 조직공정성의 세 가지 요소인 분배적, 절차적, 상호작용적 정의가 조직 프라이드에 직접적인 영향을 미치지는 않지만. 분배적 및 상호작용적 정의 모두 조직 신뢰를 통해 조직 프라이드에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 조직의 신뢰는 조직 프라이드를 향상시키는 주요 요소이며 조직공정성이 높아졌을 때 조직 프라이드를 성공적으로 높일 수 있다.

      Successful management is a major goal of contemporary public organizations. Among the key factors to contribute to effectiveness and efficiency of the organization, none is more crucial than human capital. A major goal of this study is to design a behavioral model for pride in public organizations. Specifically, the research aims to discover the association between organizational pride and behavioral determinants of organizational pride such as organizational trust and organizational justice. For the purpose of the study, a questionnaire survey is conducted for 484 responses from the Korean Central Government. Structural Equation Modeling is applied to ascertain the behavioral determinants of organizational pride. The results show that organizational trust is an important factor among antecedents to improve organizational pride. Organizational justice is proved to have no direct effect on organizational pride. However, when the effects of three types of organizational justice - distributional, procedural, and interactional justice - are analyzed, the results show that both distributive and interactional organizational justice have indirect effects on organizational pride through organizational trust. In sum, organizational trust is a major factor in improving organizational pride and organizational pride successfully can be raised through increasing organizational justice.
