청소년용 난민수용태도 척도 개발 연구 = Development and Validation of the Attitude towards Refugees Scale for Adolescents

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the study is to develop the Attitude towards Refugees Scale for Adolescents and to evaluate its reliability and validity. Through preliminary study, 37 questions were extracted. The main study was administered to 470 adolescents in middle school and high school located in Gangwon, Gyeonggi, Gyeongsang, Daejeon, Seoul, Sejong, Chungcheong. The result of exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis demonstrated that the scale consisted of 21 items and 4 factors. The internal consistency of total items and the test-retest reliability were acceptable. The criterion-related validity was also acceptable compared with the Korean Multi-culturalism Inventory for Adolescent and the Youth’s Caring Thinking Scale. Additionally, it was confirmed that the scale was commonly available to adolescents from Second second grade in middle school to third grade in high school by testing multi-groups equality. In conclusion, the study confirmed that the scale could be used as a tool to measure attitude towards refugees among ordinary adolescents.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 청소년용 난민수용태도 척도를 개발하고 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 문헌 연구를 통해 예비 문항을 추출한 후, 내용타당도와 문항이해도를 평가하고, 예비 연구를 거쳐 37문항을 추출하였다. 본 연구는 강원, 경기, 경상, 대전, 서울, 세종, 충청 지역의 중․고등학교에 재학 중인 만 14~18세 청소년 470명을 대상으로 하였다. 탐색적 및 확인적 요인분석 결과, 청소년용 난민수용태도 척도는 21문항, 4개 요인으로 구성되어 있으며, 양호한 적합도를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 본 척도의 전체 문항 내적일치도와 검사-재검사 신뢰도는 비교적 만족스러운 수준을 보였고, 청소년용 다문화수용성 척도 및 청소년용 배려적 사고 척도와 준거 관련 타당도를 살펴본 결과, 양호한 상관을 보였다. 또한 다집단 동등성을 검증하고 교차타당도를 검토한 결과, 최종 선정된 청소년용 난민수용태도 척도는 중학교 2학년에서 고등학교 3학년에 해당하는 청소년들에게 공통적으로 사용 가능한 타당한 척도라는 것을 확인하였다. 이로써 본 연구에서 개발된 척도가 일반 청소년의 난민수용태도를 측정하는 도구로써 사용될 수 있음을 확인하였다.
