도시 가로 공간 이용자 행태 분석에 관한 연구 = 대구시 동성로를 중심으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to figure out behavior of users and factors influencing behavior of them who often visit Dongsung street after the initiation of public design improvement plan of Dongsung street. the findings are as follows;
First, necessary activities occupied most of behaviors and physical changes of the street occur. Necessary activities involved with optional and social activities by hosting various culture events and providing visual attractiveness.
Second, expansion of width of pedestrian street, improved street facilities, rest area and facility, cleanness of the street and reflection of regional image are classified into first-quartile of typology which implies high importance as well as high performance as results of IPA analysis. Access to public transportation, convenience of parking lots, and stoppage and parking status in the street are classified into second-quartile which implies high importance but low performance and requires prompt correction. Direction boards of the street and signboards of shop, map of Dongsung street, involvement with adjacency area, and connection between the street and adjacent avenues are classified into third-quartile which implies low importance and low performance. Removal of street-vendors, change of surface pattern, and install of surface lightings are classified into fourth-quartile which implies low importance and high performance and too much efforts.
