國際軍縮條的에 관한 硏究 = A Study on the Disarmament Treaty

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The object of this study is analysis and valuation on the background of history of disarmament to interntional law and it is past time present time.
This paper is constructed by the preface of the chapter 1, disarmament treaty of the modern age of the chapter 2, disarmament treaty of the league of nation of the chapter 3, disarmament treaty of the united nation of chapter 4, and conclusion of the chapter 5.
The situation of the modern age in disarmament treaty is follow.
The first probrem was discussion on the limitation for number of military power to army and navy in land and sea.
The second problem was discussion on the limitation for the war expenditue. The third problem was discussion that no change for 5years from gun of small caliber to gun of large caliber.
But the conference for the disarmament no satisfaction. Because it impossibled by the international treaty. It conclude convention on the peaceful treatment for the international complications, the articles of war treaty, the priciple of red cross treaty and it use to a naval battle convention.
And on the other hand in there declared for there, it was prohibition that use a bomb shell and thing of projection from dirigible balloon, a poisonous gas, dam-dam shell.
The special feature of league of nation is follow. The object of the disarmament it was limitation of the armament and reduction. And the subject of the disarmament treaty was armament of the three army.
The discussion on the disarmament treaty continued for ten years. In there draft for the disarmament treaty was armament of airforce, a heavy gun and heavy tank. And on the other hand in there attmpt on the use of new arms. But in age of league of nation ended in error on the effort of disarmament treaty.
In age of united nation concluded of nuclear test suspenion treaty of a part and the treaty on no of diffusion of the nuclear weapon, the treaty on the prohibition of nuclear weapon to Latin America, the treaty on no nuclear in the sea-bed, convention on the prohibition of the development, production , and stookpiling of bacteriologican and toxin weapon and on their destruction, treaty on the prohibition of INF.
