불평등·공정성에 대한 행정학 연구경향 분석: 과거 20여년간의 연구를 중심으로 = Research trends in equality and fairness in public administration: Focusing on past 20 years of research

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 과거 20여년 간 불평등과 공정성에 대한 행정학 분야에서 이루어진 연구의 경향을분석하고 향후 연구방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 다른 나라들의 경우처럼 불평등과 공정성의 문제는 대한민국에서도 오랫동안 지속되어 온 문제이다. 그러나 근래 들어 국민들은 불평등의 문제에 더 민감하게 반응하고 있으며 중요한 사회적 이슈로 다루어지고 있다. 이러한 점을고려할 때에 그간 행정학 분야에서 불평등과 공정성의 문제가 어떻게 다루어져 왔는지를 살펴보고 체계적으로 분석하는 작업은 나름의 의미가 있다고 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 Phython과R 프로그램을 사용하여 지난 20여년 간의 관련 행정학 논문들을 분석하였다. 분석결과 행정학분야에서는 공공관리적 관점에서 조직 내에서의 공정성을 다룬 조직공정성에 초점을 둔 연구가상대적으로 다수를 차지함을 알 수 있었다. 본 논문은 이러한 연구성과를 진단함과 동시에 향후 연구 방향성에 대한 함의를 제시한다.

This study aims to analyze the trends in research on inequality and fairness within the field of public administration over the past two decades. The issues of inequality and fairness have been longstanding concerns in South Korea. Recently, the public has become more sensitive to these issues, and they have been raised as important social concerns. Therefore, this study examines the research trends related to inequality and fairness in the public administration field. We conducted a text-mining analysis of studies published over the past 20 years using Python and R program. The analysis revealed that a significant portion of the research in public administration has focused on organizational fairness. This study evaluates these research findings and suggests implications for future research directions.
