      시즌 중 클럽벨 훈련이 포지션 별 대학야구선수들의 기능적 움직임, 동적기능 변화 및 멀리 던지기 거리에 미치는 영향

      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of clubbell training on functional movement, Y balance test-upper quarter, and long toss distance in collegiate pitchers and position baseball players.
      Method: Pitcher (n=10) and position (n=10) players performed clubbell training 2 times a week, 60 minutes for 8 weeks. Pre- and post-training functional movement tests, including deep squat, shoulder mobility, trunk stability push-up, Y balance test-upper quarter, and sports performance such as long toss distance were measured.
      Results: The results of this study are as follows. 1) Among the functional movements, the deep squat showed a significant difference according to the time (p<.01), and the interaction effect between the time and the group was shown in the non-dominant side of the shoulder mobility (p<.05), and a significant difference according to the time in dominant side (p<.05). 2) Among Y balance test-upper quarter, the medial reach score showed a significant difference according to the time inn on-dominant side (p<.01) and dominant side (p<.01), and the interaction effect between the time and the group was shown in dominant side (p<.05). Also, Inferior-Lateral Reach (p<.01) and total scores (p<.05) showed a significant difference according to the time 3) The long toss distance showed a significant difference according to the time (p<.05).
      Conclusion: Clubbell training for collegiate baseball players during the season is effective in mainlining shoulder and core stabilization and increasing the range of motion. Therefore, it can be suggested that clubbell training helps enable functional movement of baseball players and maintaining performance during the season.
