The purpose of this study is to suggest systemic strategies for integrating educational broadcasting programs and materials into teaching and learning activities for humanity education. Topics discussed include the concept and characteristics of open education and humanity education from the viewpoint of 'character' rather than 'personality'; the directions of humanity education in schools; kinds and directions of using educational broadcasting; methods of using educational broadcasting for general purpose; systemic strategies to integrate educational broadcasting into school-based humanity education.
The direction of goal for humanity education should be focused to foster 'good character' by encouraging the learners to participate actively in authentic situations and to reflect themselves in the process so that they can able to make informed and valued decision. Wise and systemic integration of educational broadcasting and programs into curriculum for humanity education has great possibility to accomplish the above goal.
