수도권과 광역권의 청년 임차가구 주거비 부담 실태에 관한 연구 = A study is house cost young renter household`s housing situation for Capital region and Metropolitan cities

The purpose of this study was to determine the burden for the housing situation of young in the targeted Capital Region and Metropolitan Cities rented household. Recent increased interest in the young generation is the insufficient level of housing improvement, but many policies being implemented on young household. It was analyzed utilizing a housing survey microdata and rent to cheonsei ratio on the change of interest. Through the analysis SPSS t-test and cross tabulation analysis was a correlation analysis of Capital Region and Metropolitan Cities housing burden. If the results are very severe burden of housing costs RIR50% more than renting households show a fluctuating trend from 2006 to 2010 showed the lowest percentage of 20.25% in 2014. But in 2014 when compared to the average RIR 30% household less than the difference RIR 50% household or more since 2006, the gap was deepening. This study derives the sphere of housing gap between the burden of young renter household through the analysis. The increase in public rental housing and rental cost support policy is needed for the introduction of changes in population structure.
