화상 생존자 가족의 지역사회복지서비스 욕구 분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 화상 생존자 가족의 지역사회복지서비스에 대한 욕구와 이와관련된 요인을 파악하는데 있다. 연구참여자는 화상 생존자 가족 90명이었고 2021년 11월부터 2022년 2월까지 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 자료는 기술통계, 독립표본 t-test, ANOVA 검정 방법으로 분석하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 우선 모든 서비스 영역에서 이용도보다 필요성 인식이 매우 높았고 서비스 만족도 점수는 보통 이상이었다. 특히 재활 영역에 대한 이용도, 만족도, 필요성 인식이 가장 높았다. 둘째, 서비스 이용도는 화상 생존자 가족의 교육 수준, 화상 후 장애 유무에 따라 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 서비스 필요성 인식은 화상 생존자 가족의 가구 월 소득, 화상 생존자와의 관계, 화상 범위, 화상 이후 경과 기간, 화상 후 장애 유무에 따라 차이를 보였다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 화상 생존자 가족의 욕구에 적극적으로 대응하기 위한 지역사회 기반 복지서비스 개발과 효과적인 정책 실행의 필요성에 대해 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed to explore the needs for community welfare services among burn survivors’families and the factors associated with these needs. The study participants included 90 family members who cared for bun survivors, with data collected via a survey from November 2021 to February 2022. The data analysis strategies conducted were descriptive analysis, independent t-tests, and ANOVA tests. The major results are as follows. First, the perceived needs for all service sectors were significantly higher than the actual service utilization, and the scores for service satisfaction were above average. The rehabilitation sector showed the highest levels of service utilization, satisfaction, and perceived needs. Second, service utilization varies based on the families’ education levels and the presence of disabilities resulting from burn injuries. Third, the perceived needs for services differed by families’ monthly household income, their relationship to the burn survivors, the total burn surface area, the time elapsed since the burn injury, and the presence of disabilities resulting from burn injuries. Based on the study findings, we discussed the need of developing community-based welfare services and implementing effective policies to actively respond to the needs of burn survivors’ families.
