      In the sports activity, warming-up Exercises is a very important condition which prepare the physical flexibility and Endurance to carry out the effective sports activities in all.
      Therefore, in the sports games warming-up as a previous Exercises cause the each several parts of body to relax a tendency of the muscular hardening process.
      It is necessary to prepare for the effective performance of sports events and the free physical movement.
      The characteristics of warming-up cause to bring the muscular training the effective change of force. It is necessary to prepare for the Endurance and to smooth the respiration and circulatory movement. It has a great influence on the reinforcement and sustaining power (Endurance) of the respiratory physiology. It is able to make better the process of sports practices. Cooling-down as the following exorcises as well as warming-up as the previous exercises is necessary exercises as taking a rest after warming-up as the previous exercises brought the effective ability of games.
      Cooling-down is able to relax a very fatigued condition which hardened muscular. Gradually, the process of taking a rest in a respiratory organ and a circulatory organs are very important to us like a warming-up as the previous exercises.
      In this study, it attempt to provide useful methods and directions for those who want a more satisfying effect on the account of an experimental activities.
      It propose and encourage an useful experimental situation and possibilities.
