고등학생들의 문화적 가치, 의사결정 유형 및 상담에 대한 기대간 관계분석 = Relationships among Cultural Values, Decision-making Styles, and Counseling Expectancy by High School Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

영문초록:This research is the purpose to check out relationships among cultural values, decision-making styles, and counseling expectancy of high school student. Here 241 male and female students in provinces of Seoul, Inchoen, and Kyungki are targets of counseling as an independent self-construal and an interdependent type decision-making styles for an Expectation About Counseling. To check out relationships among cultural values, counseling expectancy, and type of communication, we've made a short term analysis in dealing with data to find out the cultural values and decision communication. As a result, this study tells us that relationships among cultural values, counseling expectancy, and type of communication are very connected one another. Also, in aspects of cultural values and counseling expectancy the students who have an interdependent self-construal look like they are having a high expectation toward counseling relations, speciality of counsellor, and an outcome or counseling. These students highly expect counselling of relationship and speciality, role of counseling and the result of counseling. In relationship among cultural values, type of communication, and counseling expectancy students who are having an independent self-construal appear to be meaningful on rational, intuitional, and interdependent type. On the basis of the result, we plan to construct the systematical counseling activities to build up a goal of counseling by understanding the difference of a concrete expectancy about the counseling of culture value to high schoolers. key words: counseling expectancy, cultural values, decision-making styles
