지역사회 산학연관 협력에 기초한 대학의 특성화 신개념과 담론 제기 = New Concept of Characterization of Universities and Bringing Up Discussion Based on the Cooperation of Industry, University, Laboratory, Government of the Community

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Korea, in the 2020s, faces the advance of the critical fall of higher education institutes, especially local private universities because of the ranking system focused on the capital area. This paper aims to suggest the strategic methods of characterization of universities from the aspect of development of the local community and bring up the discourse of it. This study is to overcome the difficulty against the social change caused by the fourth industrial revolution, the decrease of student population, and Covid19 pandemic. The second chapter studies the previous research to discuss how to understand making the local private institutes small but strong powers and the meaning of characterization. The third provides one discussion topic by seeking new concepts and pursuing strategies to put in from the publicness of the development of the community. The conclusion says that the metropolitan municipality should lead the cooperation of industry, university, loboratory, and Government by connecting the researching and educating functions of the regional universities with what community industries need.
