The twenty eight cases of ovarian tumors in pregnancy among 7601 pregnant women were reviewed clinically at the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Paik Hospital of Inje Medical College. The incidence of ovarian tumors in pregnancy was 1 in 272. The Dermoid cyst was the most common ovarian tumor in pregnancy. The mean favorating age of ovarian tumors was 28 year old. This tumors were detected at right sicde on 15 cases (84%) were unilateral and 4 cases (16%) were bilateral. Also, the 6 cases(24%) were diagnosed in first trimester, 15 cases(60%) in second trimester, 4 cases(16%) in third trimester. As a complicated cases, the torsion of tumor was found in 3 cases (15.6%) and the tupture of tumor was found in 1 case (4%). According to the clinical manifestation, a free of symptoms and signs in 6 cases (24%), lower abdominal pain in 9 cases (36%), vaginal bleeding in 14 cases (16%), palpable mass in 4 cases (16%) and backache in 1 case (4%) were found.
