숙의를 통한 융복합 교육과정의 가능성 탐색 : 미술과-국어과 교육과정을 중심으로 = A Study on the possibility of convergence education through Deliberation- Focused on the curriculum reconstitution of art education and Korean language education

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 현재 확산되고 있는 스팀교육과 현행 교육과정이 지나는 구조적 한계에 대한 문제의 식에서 출발하여, 교과 교육과정에 기초한 융복합 교육의 가능성을 탐색하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이에 과학적 합리주의에 기초한 교과 중심 교육과 정의 인식적 한계점을 논의하고, 이를 극복할 수 있는 대안으로서 숙의의 개념에 대하여 고찰하였다. 미술과와 국어과 전문가로 구성된 집단 숙의과정을 진행하고 그 과정을 상세하게 기술함으로써, 융복합 교육을 위한 숙의 모형이 실제로 교육과정을 재구성하는 데에 어떻게 적용될 수 있으며, 어떤 결과를 도출할 수 있는가를 구체적으로 제시하였다. 미술과-국어과 융복합 교육의 가능성과 방향을 모색하기 위한 본 연구는 융복합 교육과정 개발을 위한 개념적 들을 고찰함과 동시에 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 실제적인 방안을 제안하였다는 데에 의의가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Based on the critical reflection on the ongoing augmentation of STEAM Education and the structural limitations of National curriculum, this study attempts to search for the possibility of convergence education based on National curriculum. First, the literature review is conducted so as to ponder upon the limitations of discipline-centered curriculum. which embodies the scientific rationalism. As the alternative approach, the Schwab's concept of Deliberation is thoroughly revisited in regard to its factors and stages. Then, this study represents the whole process of the group deliberation, which demonstrates how the concept of deliberation is actually applied to the curriculum reconstitution for convergence education, and what kind of outcome can be drawn as the result. The significance of this study can be found not only in the fact that it seeks for the conceptual framework for the curriculum development in convergence education, but also in its implication for practical ways to initiate convergence education in art education and Korean language education.
