      농촌지역 리더육성 교육 프로그램 실태 및 개발방향  :  충청남도 사례를 중심으로 = A Research of Leadership Program and Development Direction of Farming Area - Focus on the Case of Chungnamdo

      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      The purpose of this paper is to research the necessity and the actual condition of leadership program of Chungnamdo farming village area. We find that the education systems of the local governments such as provincial, city, and county government, are generally focused on rather the leader academic program than the training of marketing and agriculture technique. According to 3 different types in the regional characteristics, we suggest that 3 different types of leader education such as motive cultivation and leader excavation process, specialized leadership process combined with execution, and deepening leadership process. This research has some limit such that we didn't do actual investigation enough with restriction of hour and revenue source. Also only the on-the-spot inspection and survey were accomplished in the limited area. Second, this research limits of understanding of the frame of leader program. However, we believe that this research has contributed on understanding the leadership program of the Korean farming village, and suggesting the example of actual possible program. Also we suggest that the special education administrative committee should be organized to make concrete program development.
