This study was conducted to analyze the characteristics and behaviors of the Yeong-Ju forest welfare facility users and to provide basic data for further palns and operations of the program. Additional welfare facilities will be constructed in advance of the program and the results are summarized as follows. A cross analysis was conducted to determine the differences between age group about their purpose of the visit, areas of interest and factors of concerns. In all age groups, the purpose of the visit was to experience the forest healing program and the area of interest was the forest walks. It showed 95% of reliability for purpose of the visit and the area of interest whereas, there was no connection in factors of concerns between the age groups. As a result of a correlation analysis between the number of visits, the environment, the program, the expectations for instructors and the program had the most significant and meaningful relation. As a result of a correlation analysis between the number of visits, the environment, the program and the expectations for instructors and the subfactor, the diversity of healing resources had the most impact on the total environmental satisfaction. Healing effects, such as stress relief, had the greatest impact on total program satisfaction and the intimacy with users had the highest impact on total instructor satisfaction.
