性暴力犯罪와 性戱弄에 관한 法的 考察 = A Legal Study on Sexual Offences and Sexual Harrassment

While most sexual offences are protective in purpose, some raise the question of the extent to which the criminal law should enforce social morality. Some sex related crimes are consensual and are not "offences against the person". Other sex related crimes such as adultery, prostitution, incest and the obscenity offences are included.
The specific offences defined and explained are rape and related crimes, sexual abuse, indecent assaults, and seduction.
Sexual Harrassment is a form of sex discrimination. Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature constitutes sexual harrassment when submission to or rejection of this conduct explicitly or implicitly affects an individual's employment, unreasonably interferes with an individual's work performance or creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive work environment. Sexual Harrassment can occur in a variety of circumstances.
