사회복지현장실습의 수퍼비젼에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Supervision in Social Welfare Field Practice

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 사회복지학과 학생들의 현장실습을 직접 지도감독 한 수퍼바이져들을 대상으로 현장실습에서 주어지는 수퍼비젼의 현황을 조사하고 수퍼비젼에 관한 수퍼바이져들의 의견을 수렴하여 사회복지의 현장을 이해하고자 시도하였다. 이는 사회복지를 공부하는 학생들이 학교에서 배운 사회복지의 지식과 기술과 가치를 사회복지의 현장에 적용하고 실천하는 능력을 배양함은 물론 학교와 사회복지의 현장이 서로 긴밀한 상호관계를 통해 학생들의 교육적 효과를 최대화시키기 위한 노력의 일부로 간주되어야 할 것이다. 일선 수퍼바이져들은 직무상의 과다한 업무와 병행하여 학생들의 실습교육을 실시하고 있어 수퍼비젼에 대한 시간부족을 문제점으로 제시했으나 수퍼비젼을 통해 수퍼바이져 자신의 자기성장과 후학양성의 보람으로 수퍼비젼에 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 수퍼바이져들은 수퍼비젼의 경력이 사회복지 전문직의 경력으로 인정받기를 원하고 있었다. 다른 직종에 비해 낮은 연봉으로 열심히 사명감을 가지고 일하고 있는 수퍼바이져들의 위상을 높이고 그들의 업무조건을 최적화하는 노력이 필요하다.

This study investigated the present state of supervision in social welfare field practice and analyzed the opinion of supervisors on supervision to understand the field of social welfare. This study was conducted to improve the educational effects of field practicum through the close connection between universities and the field of social welfare. This study also contributed to improve the ability of applying knowledges, skills, and values learned from schools into the field of social welfare.
The supervisors indicated the shortage of time for supervision due to their excessive duties. However they satisfied with supervision because they could grow themselves and cultivate their juniors via supervision experience. Supervisors wanted their supervision experience to be recognized as a professional career in social welfare. Therefore, there should be an effort to raise the pride of supervisors who is working with a sense of mission and relatively lower salary, and provide the optimal working conditions for supervisors.
