문화적정기술을 적용한 군산 군둔마을 가꾸기 제안 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

적정기술이란 한 공동체의 문화․정치․환경적인 면들을 고려하여 만들어진 기술이며 문화적정기술은 문화적인 측면이 강조 된 의미이다. 문화적정기술의 측면에서의 마을가꾸기는 지역적 특성을 반영하며 현지의 자원을 활용하고 지속가능한 관점 에서의 개발이 이루어지는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 군산시 나포면 장상리에 위치한 군둔마을 가꾸기에 있어서 문화 적정기술의 적용점을 제안하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 문헌고찰과 제안연구로 이루어져있다. 문헌고찰을 통해 문화적정기술 의 개념과 문화적정기술을 활용한 마을가꾸기 기법을 고찰하였다. 문헌연구에서 도출된 문화적정개발기법들을 반영하여 실제 사례인 군산 군둔마을 가꾸기 개발에 적용함으로써 이러한 기법들의 적용가능성을 모색하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통 해 첫째, 군둔마을의 지역적 특성을 알아보고 스토리텔링을 통해 관광자원화 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 둘째, 지역민 중심의 개발이 되기 위하여 현지의 자연, 농업자원, 기반시설, 인적자원을 활용하되 그 방법에 있어서 단순한 개발구조와 디자인을 채택하도록 하였다. 셋째, 지속가능한 관점에서의 개발을 위해, 마을의 경제적 수익모델을 창출하고, 지역민의 의 식과 역량을 꾸준히 개발하도록 지원하며, 자생적 마을과 계획도시가 연계되고 공존하도록 하되, 정주환경을 보호할 것을 제안하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Appropriate technology is a technology made considering the cultural/political/environmental aspects of a community and culturally appropriate technology is the technology with emphasis on its cultural aspect. Village recreating in terms of culturally appropriate technology means implementing development from a sustainable viewpoint reflecting regional characteristics and utilizing resources at the site. The present study was intended to propose the application of cultural appropriate technology to the recreation of Gundun village located in Jangsang-ri, Napo-myeon, Gunsan-si. This study consists of literature review and research proposal. The concept of culturally appropriate technology and village recreating techniques utilizing the appropriate technology were examined through literature review. By utilizing culturally appropriate technology derived from the literature review in the actual case of Gunsan gundun village, the feasibility of applying this technique was examined. To this end, first, the regional characteristics of Gundun village were examined to present a plan to make the regional characteristics into tourism resources through story telling. Second, for regional resident oriented development, the plan was made to utilize the nature, agricultural resources, infrastructures, and human resources at the site while adopting simple development structures and design as a method. Third, for sustainable development, it was proposed to create an economic revenue model of the village, support regional residents to steadily develop their consciousness and capability, ensure that the self-sustaining village and the planned city are connected with each other and coexist while protecting the settlement environment.
