헌법의 양면성에 따른 헌법교육의 본질 －독일(獨逸)의 헌법관(憲法觀)논의를 토대로－ = Essence of Constitutional Law Education in the View of Duality of Constitution -Focusing on the German Constitutional Theories-

Recently, numerous studies about Law-Related Education are published because the importance of LRE(Law-Related Education) is being emphasized. Therefore this study is conducted the research about essence of constitutional law education based on the German constitutional theory. Discussion about constitutional theory is created a great sensation in Germany in the early 20th century, also affected Korean Constitution in many phases. So, applicationing of Germans constitution theory in order to understand Korea Constitutional law education is significant work. Currently the meaning, contents and method of constitutional law education in social studies is not correct. Unlike constitution, constitutional law education should be collected multiplicity of viewpoints in constitution. Therefore essence of constitutional law education should be studied mainly R. Smend`s thought together with Kelsen`s and Schmitt``s for the aim of constitutional law education is for being promoted legal thinking ability and positive attitude toward law as well as legal knowledge harmoniously.
