This study investigates on the meaning of the process of becoming-Early childhood educator from non-early childhood education major. I collected data such as diary, notebook, and classmates's statements to write autobiographical life for four research methods. The results are as follows.
First of all, my study of early childhood education started that my meaning of kindergarten is where children who needs care and control by teacher and it reflected my characteristic of passive.
Secondly, as a person who lacked experiences of early childhood education but worked as administrator, I experienced unpleasant situations variety of feelings.
Third, for first step of being as educator, I studied early childhood education form continuing education institution and had chance to observe what it means to be a teacher in the classroom as well as outside.
Lastly, as to obtain teacher license, I participated master degree of early childhood education and saw who self reflected while every day of teaching and improving which broaden my narrow view of early childhood education.
As becoming early childhood educator, it is repetition of conflicts, self reflections and enlightenments which are essential process of growing as good educator.
