농촌중심지활성화 사업을 통한 마을숲 경관개선 기본계획-장수읍 노하숲을 대상으로 - = A Landscape Planning on the Community Forest Rehabilitation in the Rural Center Revitalization Project - Focused on the Noha Forest in Jangsu-up

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper presents a landscape planning proposal based on the community forest rehabilitation of the Noha Forest from Jangsu-up rural center revitalization project. Noha Forest is a historic rural community forest but until now was not well managed and neglected as a BBQ or picnic area. For the recovery and rehabilitation of the abandoned forest, the vision is set to ‘Happy community forest harmonized between residents and woods with the Jangsu-up Rural Center Revitalization Project. Planning concepts are firstly, forest conservation through the old woods’ ecological recovery, secondly, offering symbolic communication plazas and barrier free circulation paths for apartment residents, and neighbourhood facility users of Senior Welfare Center or Green Kindergarten. To do this, the forest were divided into 3 major spaces with the UNESCO MAB zonation, one is the ecological conservation zone of old-big trees, second is succession area, and the other is buffer zone for recreation, flea market and picnics. Two entrance plazas were planned to enhance openness, welcome and convenience. and playgrounds for children and several shelters for their parents to talking about and information sharing, were constructed. Major places through the master-plan were Garden Shelter, Health Shelter, Tree Playground, Eco-Forest, Garden Forest and so on.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 과업은 핵심적인 농촌자원이자 경관생태자원인 마을숲 및 주변의 시설을 활용하여 지역 및 마을의 경관생태적 복원 및 공동체성 회복을 위한 경관계획적 대안을 제시하는 것을 그 목적으로 하고 있다. 대상지는 장수군 장수읍에 위치한 노하숲으로, 현재 이곳을 포함한 장수읍 일원은 2017년부터 농촌중심지 활성화사업 선도지구사업이 활발히 진행 중에 있다. 계획의 비전 및 방향을 “사람과 숲이 어우러진 행복공감 커뮤니티 숲 조성”로 설정하였으며, 훼손되어온 노하숲의 생태적 가치를 보전하면서도 주민 활용성을 극대화할 수 있도록 계획하였다. 장수군 노인/장애인복지관, 행복나눔센터(계획) 등 주변시설의 앞마당 공간을 제공하여 휴게, 놀이, 여가 등 다양한 활동을 수행할 수 있도록 하며, 동선계획의 경우 무장애 순환형 동선을 구축하여 다양한 계층의 이용 편의성을 향상시키며, 동선계획으로 주 진출입부와 단절된 내부동선을 연결하였으며, 인접한 시설들과의 접근성을 향상시켰다. 기본 구상으로 첫째, UNESCO MAB의 기준에 따라 핵심구역은 생태숲으로, 완충구역은 정원숲을 그리고 협력(전이)구역은 피크닉숲으로 조성 및 유지·관리하고자 한다. 둘째 남동, 북서측에 진입마당을 설치하여 개방감을 확보하고 진입인지성과 편의성을 증진한다. 셋째, 나무놀이터, 그늘쉼터를 조성하여 아이들과 젊은 엄마들의 휴게, 놀이 및 정보공유의 공간으로 활용하도록 한다. 기본구상에 따른 주요 공간은 진입마당, 정원쉼터, 건강쉼터, 숲학습장 및 피크닉숲 등으로 구성하였다.
